Because most of our services involve time, strategy, analysis, research, planning, technical work, creative work, communication, and custom implementation, refunds are handled based on the type of service, work progress, and agreed project terms.
Refunds are not automatically guaranteed after a payment is made. Each refund request is reviewed carefully and fairly.
2. Services Covered by This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to payments made for services and products offered through or in connection with this website, including but not limited to:

If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability.
4. SEO and Digital Marketing Services
Payments for SEO, Local SEO, Technical SEO, content optimization, digital marketing, and ongoing monthly services are generally non-refundable once work has started.
SEO and digital marketing work requires research, planning, technical review, content work, competitor analysis, reporting, communication, and implementation. These activities involve professional time and resources, even when results take time to appear.
No refund will be provided simply because a specific ranking, traffic number, lead count, sale, or business result was not achieved, unless such result was clearly guaranteed in a written agreement.
5. WordPress Development and Website Design Services
Payments for WordPress development, website design, Elementor design, theme customization, WooCommerce work, website fixes, plugin setup, or technical implementation are generally non-refundable once work has started.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting any payment processing fees, planning time, consultation time, administrative cost, or other work already completed.
If work has already been delivered, partially delivered, or made available for review, the payment may not be refundable.
6. Plugin Development and Custom Coding Work
Custom plugin development, theme development, custom snippets, technical fixes, and coding-related work are non-refundable once development has started.
This is because custom coding work is created specifically for the client’s requirement and often cannot be resold or reused in the same way.
Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting limitations, client-side changes, theme conflicts, server restrictions, incorrect usage, or changes made by another developer after delivery.
7. Project Deposits and Advance Payments
Project deposits, booking fees, milestone payments, and advance payments are used to reserve time, begin planning, allocate resources, and start the project.
Deposits and advance payments are generally non-refundable once project planning, communication, research, design, development, SEO work, or implementation has started.
If no work has started and the client requests cancellation, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion after deducting any applicable charges.
8. Monthly Retainer Services
Monthly retainer services, including SEO retainers, website maintenance, support packages, digital marketing retainers, and ongoing optimization services, are billed for reserved time and ongoing availability.
Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
If you wish to cancel a retainer service, you should notify us before the next billing cycle. Cancellation terms may depend on the written agreement, invoice, proposal, or confirmed communication between both parties.
9. Digital Products, Downloads, Templates, and Tools
Payments for digital products, downloadable files, templates, tools, plugins, scripts, design files, reports, documents, or other digital resources are generally non-refundable after purchase, download, access, activation, or delivery.
Because digital products can be copied, downloaded, or used immediately, refunds are not normally available unless the product is defective and we are unable to provide a reasonable fix or replacement.

11. Third-Party Costs
Some projects may require third-party expenses such as hosting, domain names, premium plugins, premium themes, stock images, software licenses, SaaS tools, advertising spend, API costs, server upgrades, or other external services.
These third-party costs are not controlled by MHRmasum and are non-refundable once paid or activated.
Any refund related to third-party platforms will depend on the refund policy of that third-party provider.
12. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in limited situations, such as:
- Payment was made by mistake
- Duplicate payment was made for the same service
- Project was cancelled before any work started
- A digital product was not delivered due to a verified technical issue
- We are unable to provide the agreed service due to reasons within our control

13. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Provided
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- The client changed their mind after work started
- The client no longer needs the service

- The client requests extra work beyond the original agreement without additional payment
- The website issue is caused by hosting, third-party plugins, themes, or external tools
- The client or another party modifies the delivered work and causes issues
- SEO rankings, traffic, or leads do not improve within an expected timeframe
- Search engine algorithm updates affect website performance
- The client fails to follow recommendations or implementation guidelines
14. Revision and Correction Policy
If there is an issue with delivered work, we may first offer corrections, revisions, troubleshooting, or reasonable adjustments according to the agreed project scope.
Refunds will not normally be issued when the issue can be reasonably corrected, revised, or resolved.
Revision limits, correction terms, and support duration may vary depending on the service agreement, invoice, proposal, or confirmed project scope.
15. Cancellation Policy
