Your own PCs connect through your account with no prompt. Others can use an access password, or the person at the PC clicks Allow or Deny.
Phone controls that work
Touch mode (tap where you want to click) or Trackpad mode, pinch to zoom, two-finger scroll, press-and-hold for right-click, and a real keyboard panel with Ctrl, Alt, Win, arrows and F-keys.
Chat, sound and files
Chat with the person at the PC, hear the PC’s sound, and send files both ways — from your phone to the PC and from the PC to your phone.
Support links for clients
Send a client a link with a 6-digit code. They download the app, type the code and click Allow — and you’re on their screen.
Address book and history
Group PCs by client, add notes, search, and see every session: who connected, from which device, when and for how long.
Always visible
While someone is connected, the PC shows a red bar with their name and device and a Disconnect button. No hidden mode.

Run MHR-Remote-Setup.exe on the Windows PC you want to reach. It gets a permanent 9-digit ID and starts with Windows.
- 2Add it to your account
Create an account on remote.mhrmasum.info, then click Add to my account in the PC app. That PC now appears under My PCs.
- 3Connect from anywhere
Open remote.mhrmasum.info or the Android app, sign in and tap Connect. No Allow prompt for your own PCs.

Do I need to install anything to connect?

Only on the PC you want to control. To connect, open remote.mhrmasum.info in any browser — on a PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad or Android — or use the Android app.
Do I have to click Allow every time?

Not for your own PCs. Add the PC to your account (Add to my account in the PC app), sign in on your phone and tap Connect — it connects straight away. Guests always need an Allow click or the access password.
Is there an iPhone app?

Not yet. On iPhone and iPad, open remote.mhrmasum.info in Safari and tap Share → Add to Home Screen; it opens full screen like an app.
Can I help a client who isn’t on my account?

Yes. Tap Support link and send them the link. They download the app, type the 6-digit code and click Allow.
Can it control the Windows lock screen or UAC prompts?

Yes, since version 1.2.1. Turn on “Sign-in screen control” in MHR Remote on the PC — Windows asks for admin rights once to install the small MHR Remote Service. Then you can see and use the lock and sign-in screen, answer UAC prompts, click in admin windows and send Ctrl+Alt+Del. Without it, you control the PC while someone is signed in.
What does the Free plan include?

Windows says “Windows protected your PC” — is that normal?

Yes, for now. The installer isn’t code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen shows a warning. Click More info, then Run anyway.
How do I pay, and when is my plan active?

Is there a free trial?
