OAuth tokens and synchronized report data are stored in the connected WordPress site’s database under the site owner’s control. Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models.

  • Data is used only to show reports, indexing status, diagnostics and SEO opportunities inside WordPress.
  • Administrators can disconnect Google, revoke access from Google Account permissions and delete stored plugin data.
  • The plugin’s use and transfer of Google API information follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

MHR LumeRank SEO Overview

MHR LumeRank SEO is a WordPress SEO operations plugin developed by MHRMasum. It brings search appearance, structured data, sitemaps, image and video SEO, internal linking, technical audits, and optional Google reporting into one WordPress dashboard.

Optional Google Account Connection

A WordPress administrator may choose to connect a Google account. The connection is optional and is initiated only by the administrator. MHR LumeRank SEO requests the minimum access needed for the enabled features.

  • Google Search Console: authorized sites/properties, search analytics such as queries, pages, clicks, impressions, CTR and position, submitted sitemaps, and URL Inspection results when available.
  • Google Analytics 4: account and property metadata plus read-only reporting metrics and dimensions. The plugin does not request permission to edit Analytics data.

How Google Data Is Used

Google data is used only to show reports, indexing status, diagnostics, and SEO opportunities inside the connected site’s WordPress administration area, and to perform administrator-requested Search Console actions such as viewing or submitting sitemaps where the granted scope permits.

Storage, Sharing, and Control

  • OAuth access and refresh tokens and synchronized report data are stored in the connected WordPress site’s database under the site owner’s control.
  • Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models.
  • Data is shared only with Google APIs to complete administrator-requested operations and with service providers explicitly configured by the site owner.
  • The administrator can disconnect Google in MHR LumeRank SEO, revoke access from the Google Account permissions page, and delete stored plugin data through the plugin or the site’s privacy/data-management tools.

MHR LumeRank SEO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
