How does licensing work?

Each paid plugin (and MHR LumeRank SEO) is sold per plan — 1 site, 5 sites or unlimited sites, yearly or lifetime; MHR Backup has one plan for unlimited sites. Every plan comes with one license key, which you enter on the plugin’s License screen. Every plan has every feature; plans differ only by the number of live sites.
Is there a free trial?

Yes — 7 days with all features on every paid plugin and on MHR LumeRank SEO, no payment needed. The trial is tracked per site, so each website gets one 7-day trial.
Do staging and local sites count as a site?

No. Activations on localhost, *.local, *.test, staging.* and dev.* addresses are free and don’t use a site from your plan.
How do I pay, and when do I get my key?

What happens when a license ends?

What visitors see keeps working — cached pages, optimised images, client report pages and share links. The plugin’s admin tools pause until you renew, and nothing is deleted. With MHR Backup, your existing backups can always be downloaded and restored.
Do the free plugins need a license key?

No. Enter only your name and email on the free plugins page; the download link is shown right away and emailed to you (it works for 7 days). No key, no trial, nothing locks later.
How do updates work?

Paid plugins update from WordPress Dashboard → Updates while the license is active. For a free plugin, download the new version from the free plugins page and upload it over the old one — your settings are kept.
